Musical golden retriever always ‘plays’ the wind chimes so she can sing along

Sometimes you just have a song in your heart and just need to sing out—even if you’re a dog.

That’s the case for one musical dog, who discovered her favorite song in the most unexpected place… and any time she hears it she can’t help but sing along.

Bleu is a 4-year-old golden retriever. While most dogs play with tennis balls and rawhides, there’s nothing this dog loves more than the wind chimes.

“When she was really, really little, like 4 months old, she walked outside and her head hit the wind chimes because they were down so low,” owner Ana Brown told The Dodo.

“We kinda freaked thinking that would be horrible for her ears—but she just started singing.”

Bleu always runs through the chimes, and mimics their sound with her own voice.

“I don’t know if she loves the sound, or if she knows she can play it herself,” Ana said. “It’s almost like she tries to keep in tune with it.”

Bleu has become a viral music star — videos of her singing have gotten thousands of views on Facebook.

She’s got fans all over the world—just don’t ask for any requests: Bleu isn’t interested in adding any new songs to her repertoire.

“My mom got us a really nice wind chime for Christmas and [Bleu] won’t touch it,” Ana told The Dodo. “She wants nothing to do with it. She just wants the wind chimes that she’s used to.”

We love this dog—never stop singing, Bleu! Share this adorable story!
