The scary rescue happened in Luzhou, Sichuan Province, China, after the kitten accidentally fell into the water near a steep riverbank. Unable to climb out on her own, the exhausted kitten began struggling in the water. A passerby quickly noticed the danger and found a rope to help save her without putting himself at risk.
