Dogs help toddler escape bedroom so she help them eat all the snacks

Dogs have so much love to give and even more so for those humans that feed and shelter them.

They soon realize where their treats are coming from and they make it their mission never to miss out.

In the Cardinal household their two beautiful Golden Retrievers Colby and Bleu wake their humans up at 6 every morning and let them know it’s time for breakfast.

But when baby Chloe arrived on the scene they soon realized that getting to the snacks may not be so difficult any longer.

Not only did these dogs adore and protect the new human in the house but now she can walk, have made her their partner in crime.

The family dogs fell in love with Chloe from day one and have always been affectionate toward her. It wasn’t long before Chloe realized she could keep the dogs close by dropping food from her highchair for them.

Chris and his wife were surprised to find one weekend morning that they hadn’t received their usual early morning wake up call from the dogs and had been allowed to sleep in.

When they emerged from their bedroom they found their 15-month-old daughter walking around with the dogs in the hallway.

‘Effected a prison break’

“I think they figured they’d (the dogs) try the baby. They’ve snuck into her room before overnight once, but not for breakfast. (At the time, she wasn’t walking yet.) So, this is the first time it effected a prison break,” Chris told The Dodo.

As soon as Chloe started walking the dogs worked with her to help her escape her bedroom in the morning so she could access the snacks for them. They knew who was on their side in this situation.

Chris and his wife were shocked to find that Chloe’s door had been opened by the dogs as Chloe isn’t big enough to open her door and they keep it closed at night.

They checked the babyCam and sure enough this sneaky trio are working together to gain access to the snacks.

The dogs are caught on camera kissing Chloe awake and then walking toward the door encouraging the excited toddler to follow. It really is the most adorable sight.
